After observing the infrared absorption spectra of H_D 16 O, H 2 18 O, D 2 16 O and D 2 18 O of the four isotopic substitution water, A Nicolet 7199B Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used in the barium fluoride window cell sample cell but scaled up to 30 and 25 cm -1 /25.41 mm on the scales of 3400 and 2500 cm -1, respectively. Scan 500 times to eliminate noise. The results recorded the fine structures of four vibrational bands of H ~ (16) O, H ~ (18) O, D ~ (16) O and D ~ (18) O.
