钢铁工业是典型的流程工业、耗能大户,烧结、焦化和炼铁等铁前三大工序能耗约占全流程钢铁能耗的70%,节能潜力巨大.结合流程工业系统优化与节能技术研发进展,介绍了钢铁典型工序流程节能技术的最新进展情况、新型工艺技术、关键技术问题及预期效果,有望进一步促进钢铁企业技术进步及结构调整.“,”The iron and steel industry is a typical flow industry and a big energy consumer.The three processes before iron-making,which are sinter,coke and iron production,consume 70% of the total energy consumption of the whole iron and steel making process,and have huge potentiality of energy saving.The new progresses,new technologies,key technical problems and expected effect of the energy saving solutions in the typical iron and steel making process flow are introduced,combing with the optimization of the process industry system and the developments of the energy saving technologies,which can further promote the technical progresses and structural adjustment in iron and steel industry.
