简要阐述了从数控加工零件的结构性能、生产工艺等方面入手,采用特征信息模型结合成组技术、人工神经网络等先进数学方法建立数控零件加工工时及成本快速预测系统的总体设计思路,详细介绍了对系统进行软件化的需求分析、系统构架、功能模块、算法设计及界面设计等软件设计方案,并展示了软件设计结果和系统实施案例。
This paper briefly elaborates the general design ideas of CNC machining parts and components’ working time and cost fast prediction system based on the structural performance, production technology and other aspects of CNC machining parts by using the combination of characteristic information model with grouping technology and artificial neural network and other advanced mathematical methods. Software requirements analysis, system architecture, function modules, algorithm design and interface design of the system software design, and shows the software design results and system implementation case.
