PCR是最常用的分子生物学诊断技术,但常用的PCR都存在种种不足,制约了其在临床的应用。通用模板信号扩增技术(UT-PCR)解决了传统PCR核酸模板质量容易引起的假阴性以及难以实现多基因/多位点同时检测两大难题。UT-PCR具有灵敏度高、特异性强、假阴性低,并能实现高通量检测,在临床诊断和科学研究中有广泛的应用空间。
PCR is the most commonly used molecular biological diagnostic techniques, but there are some shortcomings of commonly used PCR, which restricts its clinical application. Universal template signal amplification technology (UT-PCR) to solve the traditional PCR nucleic acid template easily lead to false negatives and difficult to achieve multi-gene / multi-site simultaneous detection of two major problems. UT-PCR with high sensitivity, specificity, low false negative, and can achieve high-throughput detection, clinical diagnosis and scientific research in a wide range of applications.
