近十年来,我国幼儿转岗教师职业适应问题的研究成果较为丰富。本文通过对相关文献进行分析整理,从幼儿转岗教师职业适应现状及困境、幼儿转岗教师职业适应的应对策略以及幼儿转岗教师职业适应问题的研究方法等三个方面对我国近十年(2004~2014)来幼儿转岗教师职业适应问题研究状况进行分析。总结了目前我国幼儿转岗教师职业适应问题研究的成绩和不足之处,以期对今后我国幼儿转岗教师职业适应问题的研究及实践工作有所帮助。
In the past ten years, the research results of occupational adaptation of transitional child care teachers in our country are more abundant. This article analyzes and sorts the related literatures from three aspects (2004 ~ 2014) of our country from three aspects, such as the present situation and plight of transitional childhood teacher adaptation, the coping strategies of transitional teacher career adaptation and the research methods of transitional teachers’ ) To the transition of young teachers to study the situation of occupational adaptation for analysis. Summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the research on the problem of job adaptability of the transitional teachers in our country in the hope of helping the research and practice of the job adaptability of the transitional teacher in our country in the future.
