[通用名称] Carbocisteine,羧甲半胱 [常用异名] S-CMC,羧甲基半胱胺酸 [作用与用途] 美咳片为粘痰溶解剂,作用类似镍己胺,但起效快,口服4小时后可明显见效。其主要作用机理为减少支气管的粘液分泌,溶解痰中粘多糖粘蛋白等粘性物质,使痰的粘稠度下降到一定水平状态,而易于咳出。本品有促进抗生素对粘膜的渗透作用,故可合并使用。临床适用于支气管炎、肺气肿、支气管扩张,肺炎等呼吸道疾患引起的痰液稠厚、咯痰困难患者。 [用法与用量] 口服:成人2片/次,一日3次;儿童,3～5岁,1/4片/次,5～12岁,1/2片/次,12岁以上1片/次,一日3次。服时用温开水送服。 [副作用] 有胃部不适感。
