中国食品报成立20周年大会上,国际贸易经济合作研究院副院长陈文敬表示,食品业的发展呈现以下四大趋势。经济全球化步伐加快,食品贸易潜力巨大经济全球化步伐加快有两个重要标志,一是以 WTO 为代表的多边贸易体系不断扩大,二是区域贸易组织蓬勃发展。我国的食品业现在已经处在了国际大市场中,跨境流动日趋自由,食品贸易存在着巨大的发展空间,因而我国的食品业应该把目光放得更远些,才能在国际市场中抢占一席之地。绿色食品、有机食品将成为食品消费的主旋律
