针对国际金融组织贷款项目环评的特点，以世界银行贷款项目天津市双口垃圾卫生填埋场工程为实证，对此类项目中的公众参与调查的方法及结果汇总，以及环境经济损益分析技术参数的选取和计算模式等进行了分析探讨。
