目的:对两似蟹甲草化学成分进行研究。方法:对两似蟹甲草的化学成分利用各种色谱方法分离精制,利用各种波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果:从该药用植物中分离得到四种化合物,利用波谱方法确定它们的结构分别为对映-贝壳杉-16-烯-19-羧酸(1)、13β-贝壳杉-16β-醇(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)及1-甘油醇廿六烷酸酯(4)。结论:化合物1~4均为首次从该植物分离得到,其中化合物1、2为从本属植物中首次得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of two species of Crabgrass. Methods: The chemical components of two species of Crabgrass were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified by various spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Four compounds were isolated from this medicinal plant and their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods as enantiomers of kauri-16-ene-19-carboxylic acid (1) and 13β-kautane-16β-alcohol ( 2) β-sitosterol (3) and 1-glycerol hexadecanoate (4). Conclusion: Compounds 1~4 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 2 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
