Enrichment and separation of trace heavy metal elements from a large number of metals and matrix metals is one of the most interesting aspects of the analysis. It is a topic of great interest to find a means of separation with a large multiplication factor, high separation efficiency and no secondary pollution. This work explored the possibility of enriching and separating trace silver (I) in heavy nonferrous metals by using thiol cotton fiber.
