目的:通过临床及动物实验研究复方中药制剂“创面灵”治疗皮肤组织烧烫伤的效果及其作用。方法:①用创面灵外敷与磺胺嘧啶银霜外敷以同体对照的方式作疗效比较;②采用小鼠背部深Ⅱ度烫伤、家兔深Ⅱ度烫伤、大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤及小鼠足部烫伤模型观察创面灵促进烧伤、烫伤创面愈合的作用;采用液体试管法观察体外抑菌作用,小鼠白色念珠菌混合感染皮下部位脓肿形成法观察体内抑菌作用;外力法造成豚鼠局部皮肤创伤性瘀斑,观察其活血化瘀作用,家兔皮肤部分切除形成创面,观察其对创面微循环的作用。结果:①创面灵在创面收液及创面愈合时间方面优于磺胺嘧啶银霜,抗感染方面与磺胺嘧啶银霜作用相若;②创面灵对4种烧烫伤模型均有显著的治疗作用。创面灵在体外对于引起皮肤黏膜感染的6种常见病原菌和条件致病菌均有明显的抑制作用,对小鼠体内白色念珠菌感染也有显著抑制作用;病理检查结果显示其外用对于实验性皮肤创伤瘀斑有较好的治疗作用,能促进创面毛细血管的生长。结论:创面灵具有促进实验动物烧伤、烫伤创面愈合的作用,体内、外抑菌,活血化瘀作用。用于烧伤患者能有效减少早期创面渗出及创面感染问题,促进创面愈合,是值得推广的烧、烫伤创面外敷药。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect and mechanism of compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation “wound noodle ” in the treatment of burned skin tissue through clinical and animal experiments. Methods: 1Comparison of the curative effect of external application of wound surface and external application of sulfadiazine silver cream in the same way as the control; 2The deep II degree scald in mice, deep II degree scald in rabbits, deep second degree burn in rats and mouse foot were used. The scald model was used to observe the effect of wound surface to promote the healing of burns and scald wounds. In vitro antibacterial effect was observed by liquid tube test. The antibacterial effect of candida albicans combined with subcutaneous site abscess formation was observed in mice. The external force method caused local skin trauma in guinea pigs. Follicle removal, observation of its role in promoting blood circulation, rabbit skin part of the formation of wounds, to observe its role in wound microcirculation. Results: 1 Wound noodle was superior to sulfadiazine cream in terms of wound collection and wound healing, and similar to sulfadiazine silver cream in terms of anti-infection; 2 Wound Noodle had significant therapeutic effect on 4 burn models. Wound noodle has obvious inhibitory effect on six kinds of common pathogenic bacteria and conditional pathogenic bacteria that cause skin mucous membrane infection in vitro, and it also has a significant inhibitory effect on Candida albicans infection in mice; pathological examination results show that it is used for experimental skin wounds for external use. Freckle has a good therapeutic effect and can promote the growth of capillaries on the wound. Conclusion: Wound Noodle has the effect of promoting the wound healing of burns and scalds in experimental animals, antibacterial effect in vivo and in vitro, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. For burn patients can effectively reduce the early wound exudation and wound infection, and promote wound healing, is worth promoting the external application of burn, burn wounds.
