合作学习实现了课堂教学活动中师生之间、生生之间信息的多向交流,扩大了获得知识的信息量,创造出尊重学生潜能,有利于师生、生生共同合作探讨问题的学习氛围,培养了学生的合作意识和合作能力,帮助课堂教学取得显著的效果。到底如何提高初中数学课堂小组学习的有效性呢?作者主要采取了四种策略:一是组建好合作学习小组并选好小组长;二是处理好独立思考与合作学习的关系;三是把握好合作学习的切入时机;四是构建好合作学习的有利条件。在新课改发展的今天,在课堂教学中要选择恰当的时机,注重学习小组的运用,采取有效的策略,留足学生参与讨论交流的时间,让小组合作学习在课堂教学中真正发挥积极的作用。
