比较集中地发表在这里的一组关于我国南方碳酸盐岩地区物探工作的文章,从不同角度反映了我国南方广大的碳酸盐岩地区物探攻关工作的现状,提出了所遇到的各类问题。南方古生代海相碳酸盐岩地区的找油气前景虽然可能极为广阔,但至今还未取得突破,其原因是多方面的,其中一个极重要的方面是地球物理方法还不能较确切地了解地下情况,物探方法尚未过关。尤其是碳酸盐岩基本出露区的物探攻关是个世界性难题,大家都在探索,到目前为止,尚未找到一套有效的方法。 我们为读者提供这组文章,是想给大家提供一些料材,作为攻关中的参考。这些文章有的提出了设想和建议,有的如实地报道了攻关现状和初步体会。我们希望这一组文章有助于从正反两方面总结碳酸盐岩物探攻关的初步经验,从我国的实际条件出发,调动现有的野外和处理等各方面有效手段,加强研究工作,重视基本试验,从而进一步扎扎实实推动(包括协调)我们的攻关工作,为从根本上打开我国南方近百万平方公里海相碳酸盐岩地区的石油普查勘探工作的新局面作出贡献。

We hope that this set of articles will help us to summarize the preliminary experience of both carbonate and geophysical exploration in both positive and negative terms.
