建筑是人类生活的基础设施与基本条件之一。从20世纪80年代开始,我国建造房屋的结构材料广泛采用的混凝土,特别是现浇混凝土结构有了较大的发展。起到骨骼作用的钢筋工程,必须采取严格规范的措施来管理和操作,以确保结构工程的质量。钢筋工程是隐蔽工程,混凝土浇筑后难以检查其质量,而钢筋工程的缺陷直接影响到钢筋混凝土构件的强度及刚度。在承受荷载后,可能会发生严重变形,甚至使构件破坏、断裂,造成质量安全事故,所以对钢筋工程的施工质量应严格把关。列出了钢筋工程几种常见的质量通病和防治措施,并按照现象、原因分析、预防措施和治理方法的步骤进行了详细介绍,力求做到精心施工,管理到位,以确保工程质量。
Architecture is one of the basic facilities and basic conditions of human life. Since the 1980s, the concrete used widely in construction materials for building houses has been greatly developed, especially the cast-in-place concrete structure. Reinforced by the role of the skeleton project, we must take strict and standardized measures to manage and operate to ensure the quality of structural engineering. Reinforced bar engineering is a concealed project, it is difficult to check the quality of concrete after pouring, and the defects of bar engineering directly affect the strength and rigidity of reinforced concrete members. After bearing the load, serious deformation may occur, and even the components may be damaged or ruptured, resulting in quality and safety accidents. Therefore, the construction quality of the reinforcement works should be strictly checked.
