目的:研究药食两用紫红曲Monascus purpureus的化学成分。方法:应用各种色谱技术分离纯化,用MS和NMR分析确定化合物结构。结果:从紫红曲乙醇提取物的石油醚部分分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),3-oxo-24-methyl-enecycloarane(2),豆甾醇(3),7β-羟基豆甾醇(4),3β-羟基豆甾-5烯-7-酮(5),3β-羟基豆甾-5,22-二烯-7-酮(6),5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(7),β-谷甾醇(8)。结论:以上8个化合物除化合物3和7外,其余均为首次从红曲菌属代谢产物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Monascus purpureus. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were determined by MS and NMR analysis. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction of the ethanol extract of purpuroleum. They were identified as: locust-4-ene-3-one (1), 3-oxo-24-methyl-enecycloarane (2), and beans. Sterol (3), 7β-hydroxystigmasterol (4), 3β-hydroxysitohydrin-5-en-7-one (5), 3β-hydroxysitohydrin-5,22-dien-7-one (6), 5α,8α-peroxeoergo-6,22-diene-3β-ol (7), β-sitosterol (8). Conclusion: The above 8 compounds except compounds 3 and 7 are all isolated from the metabolites of Monascus for the first time.
