采煤机工作是由于受到外界荷载影响发生受迫振动,当驱动频率与固有频率接近时会发生共振,影响采煤机的使用寿命。利用计算机技术建立采煤机三维结构模型图,将模型导入有限元分析软件进行仿真计算,得到采煤机前几阶振动频率,提出降低采煤机固有频率方法,给采煤机的设计提供参考。
Shearer work is due to the impact of external loads under forced vibration, when the drive frequency and natural frequency resonance will occur, affecting the life of shearer. Using computer technology to establish the three-dimensional structural model of shearer, the model is imported into the finite element analysis software for simulation calculation, and the first few orders of vibration frequency of shearer are obtained. The method to reduce the natural frequency of shearer is proposed, which can provide references for the design of shearer .
