国企引入企业现代化管理模式,能够促进国企快速的发展,在依据国企已有的资源和渠道,能够为国企创造更多的价值。而国企中的政工管理工作,也受到了现代企业管理模式的挑战和机遇。本文主要针对国企政工工作存在的问题以及原因进行简单的分析,从而提出基于现代管理体制下的国企政工工作的改革和创新的内容,希望可以促进政工工作的发展,在国企发展中可以继续起到管理的作用。
