目的探讨机械通气在救治小儿重症患儿中的作用及应用特点。方法对56例重症患儿应用机械通气治疗。结果呼吸衰竭脱机成功治愈率69.64%(占69.64%);死亡11例(占19.64%),放弃抢救6例(占10.71%)。与我科引进呼吸机前5年的危重病例治愈率41.53%(27/65)相比,明显提高。结论机械通气可明显提高小儿呼吸衰竭的抢救成功率,而且正确把握应用机械通气的时机在小儿重症病例抢救中至关重要。小儿机械通气的应用更为广泛,但对相关疾病的治疗方法还需要不断地研究和进一步实践。
Objective To explore the role and application characteristics of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of pediatric severe children. Methods 56 cases of severe children with mechanical ventilation treatment. Results Resuscitation success rate of respiratory failure was 69.64% (69.64%), 11 cases died (19.64%) and 6 cases (10.71%) rescued from resuscitation. Compared with 41.53% (27/65) in the 5 years before the introduction of respirator in our department, the cure rate was significantly increased. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation can significantly improve the success rate of resuscitation in children with respiratory failure, and correctly grasp the timing of mechanical ventilation is critical in the rescue of severe cases in children. The application of pediatric mechanical ventilation is more extensive, but the treatment of related diseases also need to continue to study and further practice.
