The United States, Europe and Japan all have high subsidies to peasants. Therefore, their peasants can get the average income of the community through farming. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the peasants have been entrusted with the task of stabilizing the national economic foundation. In the era of the planned economy, Pay a heavy price, to the era of the market economy is still paying the price. This paper argues that the government should not carry out macro adjustments and controls on the rise of grain prices at any time, but rather to liberalize the international trade of food to a certain extent.
