基础隔震是新近发展起来且正在不断完善的一种技术。以一幢12层框架-剪力墙结构作为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对底部两层框架结构进行非线性动力时程分析,探讨采用叠层橡胶基础隔震技术后的减震效果及其地震反应的特点。通过计算分析比较,可以看出建筑物采用橡胶垫隔震支座后隔震效果显著,大大的减轻了结构的水平地震作用。而且隔震结构的基底剪力、层间位移、各层加速度都远远小于不隔震结构。
