目的：通过观察开襻式前房型人工晶体一期或二期植入的手术效果，为不宜植入后房型人工晶体者提供一种安全、有效的手术方法。方法：观察２９只眼，其中外伤性白内障１１只眼，老年性白内障１０只眼，无晶体眼５只，外伤性晶体脱位１只眼，后房型人工晶体移位２只眼。一期植入１６只眼，二期植入１３只眼。术后随访１～６个月。结果：２３只眼矫正视力恢复到０．５～１．０；６只眼＜０．５，无并发症发生。结论：开襻式前房型人工晶体植入手术效果良好，且简便、安全。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the surgical results of open-ended anterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in one or two stages and to provide a safe and effective surgical method for intraocular lens implantation. Methods: Twenty - nine eyes were observed, including 11 eyes of traumatic cataract, 10 eyes of senile cataract, 5 eyes of aphakia, 1 eyes of traumatic dislocation and 2 eyes of posterior chamber intraocular lens. The first implantation of 16 eyes, two implantation of 13 eyes. Follow-up 1 to 6 months after surgery. Results: The corrected visual acuity of 23 eyes recovered to 0.5 ~ 1.0; 6 eyes <0.5, no complication occurred. Conclusion: The open type anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is effective, simple and safe.
