2020年是中国政府承诺消除疟疾的时限,但目前云南省在少数边境地区仍然有本地感染病例存在,而且边境地区人员来往频繁,该省如期完成消除疟疾考核将面临巨大的挑战。本文应用SWOT分析法对云南省寄生虫病防治所主导实施的云南省消除疟疾行动计划的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等进行分析,并提出有针对性的疟疾消除策略,为按时通过消除疟疾认证提供参考。 Since 2020, the Chinese government promised to eradicate malaria. However, at present, Yunnan still has some local cases of infection in a few border areas and there are frequent contacts among people in the border areas. The completion of the province’s malaria assessment examination as scheduled will face enormous challenges. This paper analyzes the advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and threat of Yunnan Malaria Elimination Action Plan which is dominated by parasitic diseases prevention and control in Yunnan Province by SWOT analysis and puts forward the targeted malaria elimination strategy in order to timely pass the malaria elimination certification for reference.
