为了测定流体的压力,压力表是不可缺少的。由于高压化以及在高速循环条件下使用,压力表使用后,常在短期内就出现读数不准、指针不动、波登管破裂等故障。调查一下发生故障的压力表,有90%是由以下两种原因引起的:一是流体的内部原因,即在常用压力范围内压力急剧变化而产生的脉冲压力;二是外部原因,即仪表安装面或配管的振动。下面例举目前液压回路中保护压力表的一些措施并推荐较合理的压力表使用方法。
