【目的】探讨银杏叶总黄酮体内抗肿瘤作用及抗氧化活性。【方法】选取健康的纯昆明种小鼠72只,随机分为6组,每组12只,分别为①空白对照组;②模型组;③环磷酰胺组;④低剂量黄酮组;⑤中剂量黄酮组;⑥高剂量黄酮组。利用 S180瘤细胞悬液进行实体瘤造模,比较各组平均瘤重和抑瘤率的差异,各组小鼠瘤组织中Bcl-2和Bax表达水平的差异,小鼠血清/肝脏中抗氧化相关物质含量的差异。【结果】银杏叶总黄酮具有明显的抑制瘤生长的作用,且高剂量黄酮组的平均瘤重(0.723±0.215)g 低于中剂量黄酮组(0.854±0.312)g和低剂量黄酮组(0.917±0.231)g,且差异有显著性(P <0.05);高剂量黄酮组的 Bcl-2表达低于中剂量和低剂量黄酮组,高于环磷酰胺组;高剂量黄酮组的 Bax 表达高于中剂量和低剂量黄酮组(0.152±0.023),低于环磷酰胺组,且差异均有显著性(P <0.05);高剂量黄酮组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)高于中剂量和低剂量黄酮组,高剂量黄酮组的丙二醛(MDA)低于中剂量和低剂量黄酮组,且差异均有显著性(P <0.05)。【结论】银杏叶总黄酮有明显的抗肿瘤和抗氧化作用。“,”Obj ective]Study on the activity of antitumor and antioxidants of total flavonoids in Ginkgo bi-loba leaves.[Methods]72 healthy,pure Kunming species mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,with 12 in each group:(1)blank control group;(2)model group;(3)cyclophosphamide group;(4)low dose of fla-vonoids group;(5 )Middle dose of flavonoids group;(6 )high dose of flavonoids group.Solid tumor model was made by S180 tumor cell suspension.Differences between the average tumor weight and tumor inhibition rate in each group,differences of Bcl-2 and Bax expression in tumor tissues of mice,and differences of antioxi-dant related substances in serum and liver of mice were compared.[Results]The total flavonoids of Ginkgo bi-loba have obvious effects on inhibiting tumor growth:the average tumor weight of high dose flavonoids group (0.723±0.215)g was lower than that in the middle dose of flavonoids group (0.854±0.312)g and low dose of flavonoids (0.917±0.231)g;the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The expression of Bcl-2 in the high dose of flavonoids was significantly lower than that in the middle dose group and in low dose of fla-vonoids group and higher than that in the cyclophosphamide group.The expression of Bax in the high dose of flavonoids group was higher than that in the middle dose of flavonoids group and that in low dose of flavonoids and lower than that of the cyclophosphamide group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). T-AOC,SOD,GSH-PX,and CAT levels were higher in the high dose of flavonoids group than in the middle dose of flavonoids group and low dose of flavonoids group;the difference has statistical significance (P <0.05).MDA in the high dose flavonoid group was lower than that in the middle dose flavonoid group and in the low dose of flavonoids group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).[Conclusion]The to-tal flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba leaves have obvious effect of antitumor and antioxidant.
