目的:建立复方茵柏颗粒剂中绿原酸含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方茵柏颗粒剂中绿原酸含量。样品加50%甲醇,超声提取30min后经处理在以下色谱条件下检测,色谱柱:ZORBAXEclipse-C8柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液-水(6∶74∶20),流速:0.8mL/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长327nm。结果:绿原酸在6~120μg/mL的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系r=0.99999,平均回收率为98.67%,RSD为0.86%。结论:此法简便易行,结果准确,重现性好,可用于复方茵柏颗粒剂质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in compound Yinbai granules. Methods: The content of chlorogenic acid in compound Yinbai granules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was extracted with 50% methanol and extracted by ultrasonic for 30 min. The sample was processed under the following chromatographic conditions. Column: ZORBAXEclipse-C8 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile- : 20), flow rate: 0.8 mL / min, column temperature: 25 ° C, detection wavelength 327 nm. Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid in the range of 6-120 μg / mL was r = 0.99999, the average recovery was 98.67% and the RSD was 0.86%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of compound Yinbai granules.
