1.让幼儿有交流的愿望。不愿说或不敢说是大多数幼儿的普遍心理。《纲要》提出创设一个自由、宽松的环境,支持、鼓励孩子参与交流活动。在心理环境的创设中,支持是帮助孩子实现交流的保障,鼓励则可以调动孩子参与交流活动的积极性。有了教师的支持和鼓励,孩子的潜力才能被充分挖掘,从而积极参与到活动中来。
