:
结合航空产品项目管理发展实际,建立面向航空产品项目管理全流程的绩效评价指标体系.基于指标体系构建绩效管理系统的流位流率系,进而建立航空产品项目管理绩效系统流率基本入树模型.利用基模分析技术进行系统反馈环开发管理,生成促进绩效提升的管理策略,为航空产品项目管理绩效水平提升对策制定提供参考.
