前言本文用激光散焦散斑照相对平板结构橡胶薄膜零件产生沿装配壳体边缘裂纹故障进行了分析。我们曾用激光全息观测过它的钢心偏斜,以估量膜片工作变形的不均匀性。由于全息法灵敏度太高,量程很小,测得的钢心偏斜是相对值,因而全息法的探测能力限制了分析工作深入进行。同时全息法有对试验环境要求很高,以及在薄膜零件上需要涂反射材料等问题,因而全息法显得技术效益非常有限。本文使用散斑照相,使问题得到满意解决。
Preface In this paper, laser defocusing speckle photography was used to analyze the cracks along the edge of the assembly shell on the rubber sheeting parts with flat structure. We have observed the deflection of the center of the steel with a laser hologram to estimate the inhomogeneity of the deformation of the diaphragm. Due to the sensitivity of the holographic method is too high, the range is small, the measured steel heart deflection is the relative value, so the detection ability of the holographic method limits the analysis in-depth. At the same time holographic method has high requirements on the test environment, as well as the need to paint reflective material on the film parts and other issues, so the holographic method appears very limited technical benefits. In this paper, speckle photography is used to solve the problem satisfactorily.
