In the management of product quality, people are already familiar with the “zero defects” and “no defects” statements and standards. However, the general manager of the company’s management work itself can not be perfect, which is more critical to the development of the enterprise. To this end, we compiled a set of essays to introduce some of the cases of No-Nonsense Management. Richard S. Stroma was previously president of the International Telegraph and Telephone Company (ITT) and general manager or director of six multinational companies. He also served as a professor at the management colleges of several universities in the United States.
