从环境中分离得到降解纤维素的细菌、放线菌、真菌等,将其制成具有协同作用的降解纤维素复合菌剂,研究其应用于秸秆堆肥的催腐熟效果。分别就堆肥的温度、含水率、pH值、全碳、全氮含量、粗灰分、粗纤维含量、微生物数量、耗氧速率、种子发芽率等指标进行研究。各项指标分别在堆肥的发热阶段、高温阶段、降温阶段和保温阶段呈较规律的变化规律,综合评定各指标可知,加入该菌剂的秸秆堆肥的腐熟时间和同期腐熟程度都较对照秸秆堆肥的快和强。由此可得,该菌剂具有对秸秆堆肥的催腐熟能力,为解决秸秆对环境造成的危害创造了可能。
Bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi which can degrade cellulose were separated from the environment, and then they were made into synergistic degradable cellulose composite bacterial agents to study their effect on the composting of straw. The composting temperature, water content, pH value, total carbon, total nitrogen content, crude ash content, crude fiber content, microbial population, oxygen consumption rate, seed germination rate and other indicators were studied. The indicators showed a regular pattern of change in the heating stage, the high temperature stage, the cooling stage and the holding stage of composting respectively. It can be seen from the comprehensive evaluation of the indicators that the compost time and the degree of maturity of straw compost added with the fungicide are both more compost than the control straw compost Fast and strong. It can be obtained that the fungicide has the ability to catalyze the composting of straw, which has created the possibility of solving the harm caused by the straw to the environment.
