黑龙江某铜矿石中有用金属矿物主要以黄铜矿和银为主,并伴生有砷、辉铋矿、黄铁矿和闪锌矿等。在对原矿进行化学成分分析、物相分析和工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了浮选实验研究,确定了最佳浮选实验流程。在原矿铜品位为0.95%,银品位11g/t时,闭路试验获得铜精矿品位为18.79%,回收率为96.53%,银品位为175g/t,回收率为78.27%的选别指标。
Some copper minerals in Heilongjiang are mainly chalcopyrite and silver, and are associated with arsenic, bismuthinite, pyrite and sphalerite. Based on the chemical composition analysis, phase analysis and process mineralogy of the ore, the flotation experiment was carried out to determine the optimal flotation process. In the ore grade of 0.95% copper, silver grade 11g / t, closed-circuit test obtained grade of copper concentrate was 18.79%, the recovery rate was 96.53%, silver grade 175g / t, the recovery rate of 78.27% of the sorting index.
