目前国产手动蝶阀,大多采用蜗轮蜗杆传动方式。手轮上的力矩经蜗杆、扇形蜗轮,通过花键联接带动阀轴作0°~90°旋转,使阀板处于开、关或其间的任意位置。蜗轮箱内水平设置有两个可调定位螺栓(图1),用以限定蜗轮旋转的角度,调整、固定阀板开闭时的位置。蝶阀的开闭角度则由固定在阀轴上的旋转指针与铸刻在传动箱体盖板顶面的刻度线来显示。
At present manual butterfly valve, mostly worm gear drive. The torque on the handwheel is transmitted through a worm and a fan-shaped worm wheel, and the valve shaft is rotated by 0 ° ~ 90 ° through a spline joint, so that the valve plate is in an open, closed or any position therebetween.
