(一)破碎降低破碎产品粒度,是磨机节能增产的一种行之有效的途径。主要方法是:强化筛分作业,采用闭路碎矿;选择合理的爆破条件;研制新型的细碎和超细碎破碎机;对现有的破碎机进行改革。目前人们把较多的精力集中在研制新设备上,主要进展有: 1.旋转盘式细碎机。它是由美国Nordberg公司研制的,该机结构特点是:有一个旋转式给料器和特殊设计的破碎腔,使得非控制粒度区破碎腔的面积增大,平行区极短,但角度平缓,破碎物料在破碎腔中形成很厚的环状的“密实聚积层”,所以,在碎矿过程中,矿料因受多层颗粒的相互研磨和冲击作用而达到内部粉碎。
