采用同步、异步、同步与异步组合等多种轧制方法 ,将 0 .30 mm厚的取向硅钢带 (工业成品 )冷轧到 0 .10 mm以下 ,在纯氢气炉中进行再结晶退火。研究了不同轧制方式对硅钢薄带磁性能的影响规律。结果表明 :异步轧制可有效地减少轧制道次 ,并有利于改善硅钢薄带的织构和磁性能
The 0 .30 mm thick oriented silicon steel strip (industrial finished product) is cold-rolled to 0 .10 mm or less by various rolling methods such as synchronous, asynchronous, synchronous and asynchronous combination and recrystallized and annealed in a pure hydrogen furnace. The influence of different rolling methods on the magnetic properties of silicon steel strip was studied. The results show that asynchronous rolling can effectively reduce the rolling passes and improve the texture and magnetic properties of silicon steel strip
