本文以F·F·Lange的约束相变热力学为基础,介绍了含细分散ZrO_2相的陶瓷相变增韧机理,讨论了进一步提高陶瓷材料断裂韧性的可能途径,指出采用超细单分散粉体可能较大幅度地提高陶瓷的K_(1c),并解决S_(i3)N_4陶瓷的增韧问题。
Based on F · L · Lange’s constrained phase transition thermodynamics, the mechanism of phase transformation and toughening of ceramics containing finely divided ZrO 2 phases is introduced. Some possible ways to further improve the fracture toughness of ceramic materials are discussed. It is pointed out that ultrafine monodisperse powders It is possible to improve the K_ (1c) of ceramic greatly and solve the toughening problem of S_ (i_3) N_4 ceramic.
