在高职体育与健康课程的改革中传统单一的教学模式让学生提不起兴趣,一味追求“职业化”、“快乐化”的教学尝试忽视了学生的全面发展,并带来了学生体质健康问题的持续化。本文提出的高职体育与健康课程三级框架构想正是基于这些问题的出现而提出,旨在首先从理论层面寻找到一个解决的途径。
In the reform of physical education and health curriculum in higher vocational education, the traditional single teaching mode makes students unable to mention their interests. The attempt to pursue “professionalization” and “happiness” blindly neglects the overall development of students and brings Continuity of students’ health problems. The three-level framework conception of PE and health curriculum proposed in this paper is based on the emergence of these problems, aiming to find a solution from the theoretical level.
