通过对知识型生产函数进行改进和扩充,构建了一个更加全面的知识溢出影响因素测度模型。并以国内高新技术产业的代表者——中关村国家自主创新示范区的10个园区2006-2015的数据作实证分析,得出结论如下:改进模型中的所有影响因素都与该地区的发展有显著的且正向的联系;其中影响力较大的四个因素为:资本投入、技术引进、周边地区的研发投入和知识溢出的吸收能力,并对处于不同技术等级的高新技术聚集区提出不同的政策建议。
Through improving and expanding the knowledge-based production function, a more comprehensive measurement model of the influencing factors of knowledge spillover is constructed. The empirical analysis of the data from 2006-2010 in Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone, which is the representative of high-tech industry in China, concluded as follows: All the influencing factors in the improved model are significantly related to the development in this area The four influential factors are capital investment, technology introduction, R & D investment in surrounding areas and absorptive capacity of knowledge spillovers, and put forward different suggestions for high-tech agglomeration areas at different technical levels policy suggestion.
