目的探讨鸦胆子油乳治疗荷瘤肺癌小鼠对上呼吸道菌群定植的影响。方法建立A549细胞株肺癌荷瘤小鼠模型16只,随机分为2组:鸦胆子油乳治疗组和对照组,每组8只。用无菌咽拭子取材后进行测序分析上呼吸道菌群特征。结果鸦胆子油乳治疗后CB17-SCID肺癌荷瘤鼠上呼吸道菌群结构发生改变。鸦胆子油乳治疗荷瘤肺癌小鼠提高呼吸道菌群多样性,抑制条件致病菌的定植。结论鸦胆子油乳治疗影响荷瘤肺癌小鼠上呼吸道定植菌群,调节了机体的微生态平衡。
Objective To investigate the effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion on colonization of upper respiratory tract in mice with tumor-bearing lung cancer. Methods Sixty-six lung cancer tumor-bearing mice were established and randomly divided into two groups: Brucea javanica oil-treated group and control group, with 8 mice in each group. Aseptic throat swabs were taken and sequenced to characterize the upper respiratory tract flora. Results The structure of the upper respiratory tract of CB17-SCID lung cancer bearing mice was changed after Brucea javanica oil emulsion treatment. Brucea javanica oil emulsion treatment of tumor-bearing lung cancer mice to improve the diversity of respiratory flora, inhibit the colonization of opportunistic pathogens. Conclusion Brucea javanica oil emulsion treatment affects lung cancer-bearing mice colonization of upper respiratory tract flora, regulating the body’s micro-ecological balance.
