目的:探讨新型抗抑郁药物米氮平的临床疗效及治疗依从性.方法:采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)、Asberg抗抑郁剂副反应量表(SERS)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)和自编的治疗态度问卷,对60例抑郁症患者在用米氮平进行6个月的开放性治疗期间作了临床评估,并与62例分别用氯丙咪嗪和氟西汀治疗的抑郁症患者进行对照.结果:除门诊约定痊愈比例外,米氮平在起效时间、不良反应、处方依从、治疗态度、脱落情况等方面均具有显著的优势(P
