子宫发育异常是女性生殖器发育异常中最常见者之一,它与妊娠有密切关系。我院自1966～1982年收治子宫发育异常合并妊娠54例,本文就其发病率、类型、妊娠过程的转化、诊断与处理等问题报道如下,以引起同道们重视,求得早期诊断和妥善处理。一、发病率子宫发育异常合并妊娠的发病率国内尚未见报道。我院自1966～1982年间妊娠分娩总数48,224人次,包括正常产、异常产、早产、流产与计划生育手术,仅水泡状胎块除外,而子宫发育异常合并妊娠者就有54例,发病率达0.11%。二、类型子宫发育异常的类型较多,而本组合并妊娠者为如下六种类型:
Uterine dysplasia is one of the most common female genital dysplasia, it is closely related to pregnancy.
