高校公益社团是在校园文化建设的重要组成部分,是学生重要的自治组织,是大学生素质拓展和大学生思想政治教育工作的有效的途径。目前,随着各高校公益社团数量的增加,其内部管理出现混乱、社团建设片面、文化传承缺失、活动质量下降,本文对如何调整公益社团内部管理模式和加强社团文化建设进行了探究。
The public welfare associations in colleges and universities are an important part of the construction of campus culture and an important autonomous organization for students. It is an effective way to develop the quality of college students and ideological and political education for college students. At present, with the increase of the number of nonprofit associations in colleges and universities, there are chaos in internal management, one-sided construction of social organizations, lack of cultural inheritance, and the decline of activities. This paper explores how to adjust the internal management models of non-profit organizations and strengthen the cultural construction of the community.
