采用文献资料、高速摄影、影片解析及对比分析的方法 ,从助跑最后两步支撑期有关运动学参数入手 ,对我国部分优秀男子跳远运动员助跑技术进行研究 ,认为我国男子跳远运动员最后一步助跑技术不合理 ,表现为 :着地缓冲阶段动作消极、重心下降过大、身体重心水平速度损失过多 ;蹬伸阶段蹬伸的幅度、速度不够 ,向前性不好 ,损失的速度没有得到很好的补偿。最后一步助跑技术上的缺憾 ,是造成我国男子跳远运动员踏板速度偏低重要原因之一
Using the methods of literature, high-speed photography, video analysis and comparative analysis, this paper starts with the kinematics parameters of the last two steps of the running and makes some research on the running techniques of some outstanding male long-jump athletes in our country. Reasonable, manifested as: the ground buffer phase of action negative, the center of gravity decreased too much, the body of the center of gravity horizontal speed loss too much; kicking stage kicking stretch amplitude, speed is not enough, the forward is not good, the loss rate is not well compensated . The last step of running technical shortcomings is one of the important reasons for the low pedal speed of Chinese male long-jump athletes
