在雌兔子宫浆膜下埋藏电极记录其子宫平滑肌电活动,结果表明:间情期典型的子宫肌电慢波呈三相变化,有时在慢波上负载快波。刺激三阴交穴、催情穴均对兔的子宫肌电活动有明显的增强作用(p<0.05)。切断交感神经后,针刺反应大部分消失(p>0.05),显示了交感神经纤维在针刺效应实现过程中起着重要作用。
The uterine smooth muscle electrical activity was recorded in the uterine cervix buried electrode of female rabbits. The results showed that the slow wave of uterine myoelectric during the interictal period showed a three-phase change and sometimes fast wave was loaded on the slow wave. Stimulation of Sanyinjiao and Acupoints had a significant enhancement of the uterine myoelectric activity in rabbits (p<0.05). After the sympathetic nerve was cut off, most of the acupuncture responses disappeared (p>0.05), indicating that sympathetic nerve fibers play an important role in the process of acupuncture.
