硅溶胶在食品行业主要用于澄清剂使用。为了降低硅溶胶生产成本和拓宽来源,对硅切割废砂浆尾矿中单质硅回收利用。本论文采用碱溶单质硅法,以复配碱剂为催化剂,制备硅溶胶。实验表明最优条件为:采用原料质量比为m_(H2O):m_(尾矿):m_(NaOH):m_(复配碱)=100:40:0.8:1.6,温度为90℃回流反应8 h,一步法合成硅溶胶可以得到pH=9,密度为1.093 g/mL,SiO_2含量为18.91%的硅溶胶。
Silica sol in the food industry is mainly used for clarifying agent. In order to reduce the cost and broaden the production cost of silica sol, the silicon in tailings of silicon-cut waste slurry is recycled. In this paper, alkali-soluble elemental silicon method to compound alkaline agent as a catalyst to prepare silica sol. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of the raw materials was m H2O: m_ (tailings): m_ (NaOH): m_ (complex base) = 100: 40: 0.8: h, one-step synthesis of silica sol can be pH = 9, the density of 1.093 g / mL, SiO 2 content of 18.91% of the silica sol.
