下肢水肿以足踝部最为多见。如果是临睡前,用手按小腿有指痕下陷,第二天则消失的水肿,多因年老气虚所致。调理时注意健脾益肾,多吃含蛋白类的食品,比如牛奶、鸡蛋、豆制品、芝麻、瘦肉等,预防低蛋白血症,防止腰酸、腹泻等脾肾两虚现象的发生。另一种常见的下肢水肿是淤血阻滞引起的,表现为下肢皮肤粗糙、隐痛、发冷等气血不通现象,严重者可出现一侧下肢
