金刚石锯片作为一种常用的切割工具 ,它本身的刚性的好坏在使用过程中对其切削性能具有相当重要的影响。同时 ,锯片本身优良的刚性可以减少系统的振动 ,对延长锯机、锯片的使用寿命以及提高产品的切削品质都具有比较好的效果。实践证明 ,在锯片使用前通过适当地碾压 ,从而合理地预置应力是提高锯片使用刚性的一种十分有效的手段。本文通过对锯片碾压原理的分析 ,结合目前国内生产企业的要求 ,研制出了JYX-3型金刚石锯片碾压机。本机具有以下特点 :最小碾压直径 70mm ,可以对小锯片进行碾压。采用了压力稳定装置 ,压力控制精度较高 ,偏摆不超过 0 .1MPa ,可实现正反向双向碾压。综上所述 ,我们认为本机是一种具有较高性能价格比的、比较优良的锯片基体专用修整设备。
