鲤鱼俗称“拐子”“倒个”,是广大钓友喜爱垂钓的对象鱼之一,也是北方群众喜食的吉庆鱼。它食性杂、食谱广、生长快、耐低温低氧,对水域环境质量要求不高,在我国各地分布极广。小钓于野偶遇之,或打桩拔河,或折竿断线,场面很是紧张、刺激,给钓者平添了很多的惊喜。然而,由于鲤鱼天生有一股“土腥味”,所以很多钓友喜钓鲤却不喜食鲤。其实,只要制作方法得当,在家中自烹一条自己亲手钓来的美味鲤鱼并不难。笔者曾经从事餐饮业十余年,并有特级烹调技师之名,常自钓、自烹、自食,自觉口感味道不错。现将制作鲤鱼的心得写下来仅供大家参考。
