我国天然气计量用具主要采用的是差压式孔板流量计,其在使用过程中,常出现测量不正确问题,引起问题的原因主要有三个方面:一是对天然气流量动态监测的真实数据有不确定影响因素;二是对天然气的实际物理性质检测数据有不确定影响因素;三是自身设备影响不确定因素。所以为了能够解决差压式孔板流量计的误差本文通过实验验证提出一系列的解决和控制措施,包括对天然气流出系数、可膨胀系数、孔板技术指标的变化影响到天然气流量问题、二次仪表不确定度、天然气组分变化、含水量对天然气流量的影响因素等进行分析,采取控制措施主要包括节流装置的选用、对天然气脉动流的改善、完善管理措施、建立量值溯源体系。
