目的 研究氟离子导入过敏牙本质后牙本质小管的形态变化。方法 在两只恒河猴及五名志愿者的健康恒牙上暴露牙本质 ,实验组行氟离子导入 ,对照组行去离子水导入 ,利用扫描电镜观察牙本质小管形态变化。结果 机械暴露牙本质后再进行酸处理 ,可以去除牙本质玷污层 ,开放牙本质小管 ;2 %NaF离子导入所形成的晶体对开放的牙本质小管具有良好的堵塞作用。结论 氟离子导入法治疗牙本质过敏症是有效的。
Objective To study the morphological changes of dentinal tubules induced by fluoride ion in dentin. Methods Dentin was exposed on healthy permanent teeth of two Rhesus macaques and five volunteers. Fluoride ion was introduced into the experimental group and deoxyionized water was used as the control group. Morphological changes of dentinal tubules were observed with scanning electron microscopy. Results After mechanical exposure to dentin, acid treatment was performed to remove dentin smear layer and open dentinal tubules. The 2% NaF ion-implanted crystals had a good blocking effect on open dentinal tubules. Conclusion Fluoride iontophoresis is effective in treating dentin hypersensitivity.
