从不同地区和不同海拔果园采集枇杷幼果,分离与测定INA细菌冰核活性,结果表明冰核细菌广泛分布在不同产区枇杷幼果,其带菌率与地理生态条件有关。高海拔果园幼果带菌率高达77.5%,且出现冰核活性强的分离菌,海拔愈低其带菌率相应下降。用2个菌株做人工模拟霜冻和果园接种试验,结果显示接种处理明显加剧冻害,多数情况严重度增50%以上。首次证明INA细菌是诱发枇杷幼果冻害的重要因素。
The young fruits of loquat were collected from different regions and different orchards, and the ice nuclei activity of INA bacteria were isolated and determined. The results showed that the nuclei of ice nuclei were widely distributed in loquat young fruits in different producing areas, and the carrier rate was related to the geographical and ecological conditions. High-altitude orchard young fruit carrier rate of up to 77.5%, and the emergence of strong activity of ice nucleate isolates, the lower the altitude their carrier rate decreased. Two strains were used to simulate frost and orchard inoculation test, the results show that inoculation significantly aggravated frost damage, in most cases the severity increased by 50% or more. It is the first time to prove that INA bacteria is an important factor inducing the injury of young loquat fruit.
